Custom software and MVPs, built in your time zone.
When spreadsheets stop scaling and no product on the market fits the way you work, you build it. We design and develop SaaS products, internal systems, dashboards and integrations for companies in the US, Canada and Europe, from Lima, with biweekly demos and the code in your name.
Nearshore means working the same hours
Your working day
Lima does not change its clocks. Same hour as US Eastern in winter and US Central in summer; at most three hours from the West Coast.
Sprints with demos
Every two weeks you click through a working version, not a status report. Priorities can change between sprints.
Code and accounts
Repository, cloud accounts and domains in your name from day one, with documentation any team can pick up.
Five kinds of projects
MVPs and new products
From idea to a product your first users can pay for: scope workshop, clickable prototype, MVP and launch metrics.
SaaS platforms
Multi-tenant products with subscriptions, roles, billing and an admin panel, ready to grow customer by customer.
Internal systems and portals
Operations, inventory, scheduling, client portals and dashboards that replace the spreadsheets your team works around.
Integrations
Connections with your ERP, CRM, payment gateway, WhatsApp or marketplaces, so data stops being copied by hand.
Web and mobile apps
Progressive web apps and cross-platform mobile apps, server-rendered so search engines and AI assistants can read them.
Software in production, not mockups
Selva Boost
A CRM with a shared WhatsApp inbox, a social media planner and marketing automation for small businesses that sell by chatting. Our own product, multi-tenant.
Origen (EUDR)
A progressive web app that helps coffee and cocoa cooperatives comply with the EU Deforestation Regulation: offline field capture, satellite checks and a dossier ready for the EU TRACES system.
LuxSpa
Management software for spas: scheduling with WhatsApp reminders, client records, electronic invoicing, payments, inventory and staff commissions.
Amazon Andes
A headless global storefront: B2B hub, brands and shop with country stores in the US, Canada, Mexico and Europe. One codebase, six languages, local currency.
Fluent
Spoken-English practice for work: an AI that listens to interviews and meetings rehearsed out loud, corrects them and measures fluency. Our own product.
From first call to launch
We start with a free review of your idea or your current system and send back a brief with scope, recommended stack, timeline and a fixed-fee quote. Then we build in two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each one. Our stack is TypeScript with React and Next.js, Node.js or Python on the back end, and PostgreSQL, deployed on the cloud provider you choose. After launch, an optional monthly retainer covers maintenance and new features.
Frequently asked questions
What does nearshore software development from Peru mean in practice?
You work with a team that shares your working day. Lima is on UTC-5 all year: the same time as US Eastern in winter, the same as US Central in summer, and never more than three hours from the West Coast. Calls happen in your morning or afternoon, not at midnight.
What kind of software do you build?
Business software that a spreadsheet or an off-the-shelf tool no longer covers: internal management systems, client portals, dashboards, SaaS products with subscriptions and roles, integrations with your ERP, CRM or payment provider, and MVPs to validate a product idea.
How long does an MVP take?
An MVP with login, a dashboard and three to five core features usually takes six to ten weeks. We work in two-week sprints and you see a working version from the second or third sprint, so you can change course before the budget is spent.
Who owns the code?
You do. The code lives in a repository in your name from day one, with documentation and standard technologies (TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js or Python, PostgreSQL), so any team can maintain it later.
How do you quote and invoice?
We quote a fixed fee per clearly defined scope, with an optional monthly retainer for maintenance. Projects for US and Canadian companies are quoted and invoiced in US dollars; projects for European companies, in euros.
Have a system to build?
In a 30-minute call we review your idea or your current system and tell you what to build first, how long it takes and what it costs.
